Hey Hey Hey!!!

Good day mates. Today was a pretty good day. I woke up close to 2 o' clock and was actually pretty productive. I watched a CS lecture I missed, and did my laundry. I then worked out with Jesse again, and that punk worked me until the last possible minute. So by the time we got back to our place and showered (not together you sickos), we had to jet before we had a chance to eat anything. As you can imagine, we were starved.

Large group was pretty good considering my expectations going in. The last two large groups had been pretty depressing for a number of reasons, and I wasn't expecting this to be any better. And since Dennis Cole was leading I was expecting some emotional ish. But the speaker, Rev. Desmond Hoffmeister was lively and his message was about social injustice wasn't depressing at all. Instead of focusing on the injustice, he spoke of God's faithfulness and the faith we can have in such times. So all in all it was actually pretty uplifting and hopeful. His "africanness" helped too.

"So we can believe in a man! (AMEN!) One who we can trust! (WELL!) Someone who will comfort us! (SPEAK IT!) Someone who will do impossible things! (YES!) With improbable people! (AIN'T THAT RIGHT!)" And so on....

Anyway, almost everyone and their mother was at large group. Almost everyone. By the way, Justin Kwan is horrible. Simply horrible I tell you. Hahaha

Afterwards, after I finally got some food in my stomach, some of us headed over to Eric's place to watch Spy Games. Was it as horrible as Aaron, Ed, and Eric thought? Or was it awesome like Justin Yi thought? Ahh, it certainly wasn't awesome but it wasn't as bad as Eric said. Then again, Eric loved "Zoolander" .......

Today's prize goes to Janet. I mean I knew she'd be on here eventually, but I finally agreed to go to the boat dance on Thursday, cuz she said she'd gimme the hookup on ticket prices. While I was chilling in my apartment, this is what she left me on AIM.

Wassup team!

Well I certainly asked for interesting and I sure did get it. Today's prize goes to Jen Lee as she just pulled out all the stops in order to win the honor of appearing in my blog. She AIMed me earlier today asking if she won the prize. I then told her she'd have to do something a little more interesting than just saying "hi". She then proceeded by saying "Hmmmm....how about, do you want to go to Senior Ball with me?"

At first, I thought "Dang this girl really wants to win this contest!!!" But after I realized she was serious, and said yes. It should be cool considering I've known her since I was 5, back in the days when my grandma would babysit us and our siblings. I remember my grandma also babysat some kid who cried a lot and ended up biting me on one occasion. Anywez, the only downer of this whole thing is that I'm gonna have to rent a tux again. I mean that has its pro's and con's as well. I must say I look darn sexy in a tux, but it costs a benjamin to rent one each time. Working this summer should cover that anyway.

What else? Hey I went to both of my discussions today!!! Including my 8 discussion. Booyah!!! But in the process of my nap I totally ended up ditching Jeanie at the fountain. My bad Jeanie!!! I'll treat you out to lunch next time.

Jesse swiped me in at Unit 2, which I must say is a much tastier experience than the other units, except Clark Kerr. Unit 2 is really meticulous when it comes to making their omelettes unlike the forced mode of omelette making seen at Unit 3.

I also got to see James, my old roommate today for the first time in a few weeks. We kinda just sat around and played guitar which was fun nonetheless.

Tiny group today was without Randy. Randy oh randy, where art thou??? Seriously if you have a cell phone you've gotta let us know. But it was good just chilling with Justin Yi for awhile, and seeing that he's feeling a lot better. Praise God. I was worried that I'd have to start dancing in front of him to get him cheered up again. But thinking about it, that probably would have made it worse....

Pool with Kwan Ding Dong is doing okay, and it was coo just talking with him afterwards. I got to talk to Jason for a lil on my way out too. A lot of talking today, and it felt "So goooood..."

Hehe, talk to you guys later. Remember, the contest is still on!

Yo Yo YO!!!

I thought I'd finally do what a lot of other people had been doing, since I actually enjoy reading what they have to say about what's going on in their lives. So then what better than for all you to find out what's going on MAH LIFE!!!!!!!!!!

At this current point in time however, there isn't much going on. Hopefully things will spicen up. Actually thinking of it now, this is the first official contest on Phil's Blog!!! For those of you who can do some interesting stuff in my life will win the almight awesome prize of appearing in my blog!!! Yeah that's right!!! Think of it now, if you can manage to spicen up my life in some way, you guys will be famous when your name (that's right YOUR NAME!!!) appears in my blog. Millions of readers will get to know you.

(Note: Phil Nho will be the final judge of what is interesting. Coming over and giving me titty twisters will not count as interesting. Unless you were a girl, that'd be kinda different right? But yes, only I shall know what is interesting, so until I tell you, give it your best shot!!! But use good judgment aite? Like buying me bulgoki sandwiches, hooking me up with the digits of some hot chick, or serenading me with some beautiful music...)

But other than this contest. What did I do today?

Woke up and went to 5 hours of class straight through. Then worked out chest with Jesse. Alright for those of you who don't know, Jesse kills you. Whether you want him to or not, this foo will rip you out during the workout sessions. And he'll pump you up in the process:

"C'mon Phil!! Throw them up!!! C'mon you little girl!!! Alrite you got 3 more in for sure....C'mon!!! Not even helping you. Yes. Yes. Yes. One more!!! Alright, now put it up...."

So yeah, he's been whupping me, but it's been a good kinda whupping. Hopefully the next time you guys see I'll be one huge mofo. (Pff....) But since I've neglected cardio, I got to start doing that as well...my bro said I should work on my gut, which is kinda funny coming from him....

I then took a nap, and when I woke up I called my mom. I told her about some of my stomach cramps I'd been having, and she said I have something I don't know the name of because she said it in Korean. But apparently since my eating schedule is all jacked, I got to take malox now. Byooooooooootiful.

But yes, that's it for now. Oh btw, all you CAL folk, tell me if you guys are going to the boat dance so I can make up my mind.

Payce.
